OncoHealth Secures Strategic Investments from Arsenal Capital Partners & McKesson Corporation

OncoHealth, the leading digital health company dedicated to oncology, announced today it has received strategic investments from Arsenal Capital Partners (“Arsenal”), a private equity firm specializing in building transformational healthcare businesses, and from McKesson Corporation (“McKesson”). The investments will support OncoHealth’s innovation and delivery of its oncology-specific digital health solutions for people with cancer, and Arsenal will take a majority ownership stake in the business. Additional financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Sidekick Health grabs $55M for digital-first care programs

Iceland’s Sidekick Health has developed a gamified digital care platform that’s designed to support healthcare outcomes by applying personalized behavioral lifestyle nudges, including alongside clinical treatments like drugs, to augment, extend and support patient care for a range of chronic diseases and conditions from cancer to cardiovascular health, diabetes and arthritis — a formula that’s now scored it $55 million in Series B growth funding. The new round is led by London-based VC firm Novator Ventures, with participation from Wellington Partners, Asabys Partners and Frumtak Ventures, as well as a U.S.-based strategic investor which it’s not disclosing yet but says will be revealed at a later stage.

Oncological digital therapeutics company Fosanis raises more than $10.5M

Fosanis announced today that it closed a Series A funding round worth more than $10.5 million (€10 million). Berlin, Germany-based Fosanis, which develops prescription digital therapeutics for all oncological indications, picked up investments from existing shareholder Ananada Impact Ventures, as well as new investors Debiopharm Innovation Fund, Ship2B Ventures and Equity Pitcher.
