Health2Sync and Sanofi to digitally manage diabetes in Taiwan

Taiwan-based digital health firm Health2Sync has partnered with Sanofi to help patients manage symptoms of diabetes. While Sanofi is winding up its R&D operations in diabetes it is turning to digital solutions to get the most from its established products for the disease. Health2Sync will provide patient management software for healthcare professionals and a mobile app for patients in 300 Sanofi-contracted clinics and hospitals. The system will be certified by the Taiwan Diabetes Shared Care Network over the next three years to improve diabetes care and management locally, and accelerate adoption of the scheme in clinics and hospitals.

Health2Sync partners with DAIKYO ASTAGE and two pharmacies to pilot health management services in Japan

Taiwan-based diabetes management app Health2Sync and DAIKYO ASTAGE INCORPORATED, a Japan-based apartment management company, has partnered to provide health management services to residents in DAIKYO ASTAGE managed apartments in Japan. The partnership also includes two local pharmacies, Primary Pharmacy Co., Ltd. and Yakuju Co., Ltd., and will commence in the city of Kawasaki City, Kanagawa prefecture. The services provided will be based on Health2Sync’s chronic disease management app (known as SyncHealth in Japan), which is used by about 540,000 people worldwide.
