HAP partners with Livongo to help Medicare Advantage members manage diabetes

Health Alliance Plan announced it has partnered with Livongo to provide HAP Medicare Advantage members with a more personalized experience to help them better manage their diabetes. HAP Medicare Advantage members who have been diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes are eligible for the Livongo for Diabetes program, which offers personalized data and insights derived from a cellular-enabled blood glucose meter, real-time support and unlimited supplies shipped directly to the member as they need it. This program, which is offered at no cost to HAP members, is designed to complement the diabetes management provided by their physician.

Livongo Inks Deal with BCBS Kansas City

Livongo Health said that it expanded its partnership with Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Kansas City to offer its diabetes program to all of Blue KC’s fully insured clients. The agreement intends to make Livongo available to eligible administrative services only clients with Blue KC as well, according to a news release.

Livongo for Diabetes Solution Now Available to New Jersey State and School Health Plan Members

Livongo forms partnership with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and the State of New Jersey to provide Livongo for Diabetes to State and School Plan Members for 460k public employees and their dependents. Livongo expects, after having been selected by the State of New Jersey in the fourth quarter of 2019, that this agreement will make approximately 29,000 people eligible for the Livongo for Diabetes program and add approximately 5,000 Members in 2020 as anticipated in the plan for this current year.

State of Connecticut Launches of Livongo for Diabetes Management Program through State Health Plan

Connecticut state Comptroller Kevin Lembo announces the launch of Livongo for Diabetes Management Program through the state health plan to deliver estimated annual savings to the state of approximately $3 million. The program, launched in partnership with CVS Caremark and Livongo, is projected to significantly improve health care outcomes for thousands of people with diabetes covered by the state plan by providing them with comprehensive around-the-clock live coaching and support through cellular-enabled diabetes management devices with remote monitoring capabilities.

BlueShield offers free diabetes management program for members

BlueShield of Northeastern New York announced its expanded partnership with Livongo(R) to offer the Livongo for Diabetes program at no-cost to fully insured BlueShield members living with the condition. Beginning Jan. 1, 2021, the Livongo for Diabetes program will offer all BlueShield members a simple and convenient way to manage their diabetes, including providing a glucose meter, and as many testing supplies and lancets as needed delivered straight to members’ homes. Personalized 24/7 health coaching will also be part of the benefit.

Livongo Signs Strategic Partnership with GuideWell Accelerating Care Delivery to Vulnerable Populations

GuideWell Mutual Holding Corporation (GuideWell), the parent to a family of forward-thinking companies focused on transforming health care, announced a strategic agreement today with Livongo. Blue Cross NC Expands Telehealth Offerings Through Collaboration with Teladoc Health

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) and Teladoc Health, Inc.
