Express Scripts Selects Livongo Health As Preferred Strategic Partner to Provide Clients and Members Better Solutions to Manage Diabetes

Livongo Health announced today that Express Scripts has selected Livongo to provide clients and members access to better tools to manage diabetes. Through this partnership, Livongo's innovative, cloud-based diabetes management program will be available to Express Scripts' more than 3,000 clients, which represent more than 85 million people in the U.S., including some 8 million people with diabetes.

The Health Transformation Alliance and Welltok Select Livongo as First Marketplace Partner

To streamline the selection, contracting and implementation process, the Health Transformation Alliance (HTA) and Welltok, its consumer engagement platform of choice, are creating a curated marketplace of these programs on behalf of the over 50 HTA Member/Owners across the nation. Programs selected to be in the marketplace will be integrated into Welltok's consumer engagement platform. Livongo Partnership with Glytec Supports Members and Their Providers with Insulin Titration

Livongo Health today announced a partnership with Glytec to offer eGlycemic Management System, or eGMS, to Livongo members. With this alliance, Livongo and Glytec will partner to deliver an expanded diabetes management solution that includes insulin titration, making managing diabetes easier for members and their providers. By creating an expanded solution, Livongo and Glytec aim to deliver improved health outcomes by integrating medication data, providing medication monitoring, and optimizing medication adherence. Glucommander, the application central to eGMS, is already delivering substantive improvements in clinical outcomes for outpatients, including insulin titration to goal in 11 days and sustained drops in A1C of 2.6%. By creating an expanded solution, Livongo and Glytec aim to deliver improved health outcomes by integrating medication data, providing medication monitoring, and optimizing medication adherence.

Tandem Diabetes Care Extended Partnership with Dexcom

On November 20, 2020, Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. entered into a Development Agreement and a Commercialization Agreement with DexCom, Inc.. Previously, the Company and DexCom had entered into Development Agreements dated June 4, 2015 that facilitated integration of the Company’s earlier generation insulin pump products with DexCom’s G5 and G6 CGM devices. The New Agreements allow for the continuation of the Company’s and DexCom’s development and collaboration activities that enable the integration of the Company’s insulin pump products with DexCom’s CGM devices. The New Agreements build upon this collaborative relationship, serving to integrate the Company’s current and future generation insulin pump products with DexCom’s G6 and G7 CGM devices.
