DarioHealth Signs Leading Functional Medicine Clinic to DarioEngage™ Remote Digital Diabetes Platform

DarioHealth Corp. (Nasdaq: DRIO) today announced an agreement with Cupertino-based Auer Integrative Health's Functional Medicine and Chiropractic, a Silicon Valley medical clinic. Auer Integrative will use the DarioEngage™ healthcare provider platform to remotely monitor, engage and manage patients with diabetes and pre-diabetes. The platform allows the clinic to support their all-inclusive patient diabetes management program, in which patients receive health and wellness coaching virtually and via phone. Auer Integrative will adopt Dario's Per Engaged Member, Per Month (PEMPM) business model.

DarioHealth Signs National Distribution Deal in the U.S. With Better Living Now for Its Digital Health Products

DarioHealth Corp., a leading global digital health company with mobile health and big data solutions, announced today it has signed an agreement with Better Living Now (BLN), a leading national healthcare products provider, for distribution of the Dario® Blood Glucose Monitoring System and the DarioEngage digital health platform. BLN will purchase DarioHealth's products including the Dario smart glucose meter and test strips for distribution to its customers, as well as offer a full diabetes management program including coaching through DarioEngage on a monthly subscription basis.

DarioHealth Lowers Diabetes Healthcare Costs In Canada

DarioHealth Corp., a leading global digital health company with mobile health and big data solutions, today announced that it is teaming up with Auto Control Medical, an A&D Company, and STI Technologies Limited to lower diabetes healthcare costs in Canada, effective immediately. Through STI's innoviCares card, which is available throughout all provinces and territories in Canada, DarioHealth customers will be eligible for additional savings when shopping for Dario supplies in local pharmacies. DarioHealth worked with Auto Control Medical, its exclusive Canadian partner, to secure this deal with STI. Under the agreement, diabetes consumers will get up to $10 off the cost of Dario™ Blood Glucose Test Strips.

Dexcom Acquires TypeZero Technologies

DexCom, Inc. announced today that it has acquired TypeZero Technologies, Inc. (“TypeZero”). TypeZero’s offering includes the inControl diabetes management system, designed to provide personalized diabetes management solutions including technology to automatically adjust and regulate insulin delivery. Dexcom currently expects to support the first commercial launch of an AID system using the inControl algorithm in 2019.
